What’s included: Enjoy a day of self-care in a peaceful desert setting, with lunch included. You’ll be guided through a Self Chi Nei Tsang treatment to connect with and support the digestive organs.
We’ll also explore the Metal element and practices that support the lungs and large intestine, including Healing Inner Smile, Healing Sounds, Earth Relationship Qi Gong, and 9 Turns Sleeping Qi Gong.
