HEALING PRACTITIONER, INSTRUCTOR & EDUCATOR

​I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Nationally Certified and Licensed (NCTMB, LMT, ABT) Bodyworker and Instructor, certified and trained in a variety of Eastern and Western modalities. My introduction to body-based modalities began with Reiki, and over the years, it has expanded to include complementary modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, Zen Shiatsu, and Chi Nei Tsang, building up my knowledge and experience to support clients holistically. 

My goal, no matter what modality or whom I'm working with, is to hold space for a person to contact and build trust in their innate wholeness which includes the body, mind, and spirit and how to live in an embodied experience of this wholeness – no part left out.
