It began (and continues) as a personal journey and over time, it grew into a heart-centered practice that has guided me to work with people from all walks of life. Whether you’re here to learn, find balance and clarity or here as part of your own healing journey, I am committed to providing you an environment of safety, connection and respect where you can gently explore your inner world of body sensations alongside their relates thoughts and feelings, and most importantly, your body's innate capacity to heal. |

As a result of our work together, clients have reported that they feel more at home with themselves in their bodies. They feel more connected, present and have a clearer sense of purpose. They also have a greater capacity to handle stress and experience more enjoyment in life. While those who came to The Embodied Center to alleviate physical symptoms reported that their pain levels went down and that their quality of life returned or improved.

Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) supports people in detoxifying the body and calming the nervous system by working primarily on the abdomen through gentle, chi- touch that helps the internal organs to work more efficiently. While Zen Shiatsu uses applied pressure using the fingers to remove any obstacles or barriers in our energy pathways (meridians) that might prevent vital energy from flowing freely. Learn More
